Voting from Facebook on a desktop device:
After being nominated in the Chase Community Giving Contest, ISLA will be competing for votes between September 6 – 19, 2012 for a piece of 5 Million Dollars in Grants.
We have put together a couple videos on how to vote and we encourage all of our fans and supporters to take a look at the videos we have provided and share these videos to your friends and family during the voting time! We are so appreciative of everyone’s support and know this money will go to continuing our mission on a global level.
HOW TO VOTE FROM A COMPUTER:
GO TO ISLA’s WEBSITE AND CLICK ON THE GREEN VOTE BUTTON ON THE POP UP SPLASH PAGE. THIS WILL TAKE YOU DIRECTLY TO THE FACEBOOK ISLA PROFILE VOTING PAGE.
HOW TO VOTE FROM YOUR CHASE ACCOUNT:
GO TO THE ISLA WEBSITE AND IN THE BOTTOM-LEFT OF THE PAGE IS A CHASE BUTTON THAT WILL TAKE YOU DIRECTLY THE CHASE GIVING PAGE TO VOTE.
How the voting works and other official rules:
During the voting period (September 6 -19) Chase customers will automatically receive two votes to cast during the Voting Period by visiting the ISLA Profile Page at ChaseGiving.com and following the directions. Facebook users who use the Chase Community Giving application will automatically receive two votes to cast during the Voting Period on the Facebook ISLA Profile Page for the Chase Grant.
A Facebook user can earn one bonus vote by allowing access and sharing any content from the Chase Community Giving Application to his or her Facebook newsfeed or timeline. If one Facebook users’ Facebook Friends links back to the Chase Community Giving Application and casts a vote, the original Facebook user will earn one bonus vote. The bonus vote earned by the original Facebook user can only cast once he or she has cast his or her two Standard Facebook Votes.
